INTERNATIONAL MIGRATION IN THE 21st CENTURY - IV

The fourth conference of "International Migration in the 21st century" organized by the Research Center of Global Education and Culture (KEKAM) of Yeditepe University and considered as one of the most comprehensive migration conferences in Turkey will be held on the 10 – 11 October 2019 in Yeditepe University - Istanbul.
The conference which will be conducted in Yeditepe University, 26 Ağustos campus aims to provide an information exchange and academic discussion platform for the academic people, researchers, experts and professionals being interested and having worked on different aspects of contemporary international migration.
Each year with the participation of experts on migration and audiences from different countries and eminent universities and institutions of Turkey, gathering around to deeply discuss migration topic which is regarded as one of the important phenomenon of the 21st Century through special and concurrent sessions in the conference.
The topics of the conferences will be: international migration, the refugee problem, international migration and the security problem, illegal migration, smuggling of migrants, migration policies (at state and institutional level), brain drain, forced migration, labor migration, migration and culture, the integration of migrants, women migrant, diasporas and minorities, migration and development, etc. These topics are provided as an indication, any work falling under the theme "International Migration in 21st Century” will be welcome.
